Hi, I’m Bryan.
Buildwise was founded by me, Bryan Kaplan, a residential construction business coach with over 25 years of experience in the business. I spent 21 years working in all ends of the renovations and custom home building world as a licensed journeyman carpenter, lead carpenter, site superintendent, project manager, operations manager, and general manager across 350 projects.
In 2018, I left the client side of the business to work with residential builders like you to share my knowledge, systems, and experience to help business owners systematize, profit, and grow their businesses. After 4200+ one-on-one coaching hours, hundreds of group coaching hours, and over 500+ clients served, I decided to combine all of the workbooks I created and perfected with those clients into Buildwise.
Why Buildwise?
After thousands of hours and hundreds of clients, I noticed a common thread. Very few had a real-time handle on their project job costing and it was the root of many of the issues they faced in their businesses. Existing software solutions are either too complex or don’t solve the problem in an upstream method.
And so, Buildwise was born.
